Downtown Los Angeles is a hot market with locations constantly appearing and quickly leaving the market. With high turn-over, property owners are always looking for long term tenants, but finding a location with-in a 2-mile radius had proven very difficult for our client. Subcontracting with Hughes Marino, a tenant-representative firm, our team was ultimately able to successfully source a location within 0.7 miles of the target clinic. With a long-term lease in place, out team moved to full-service build-out.

The first step was to finalize all legal structures and submit a pharmacy application to the board of pharmacy. With this is place, we moved into site build-out.

The site obtained had been an old market. A false floor was installed bring it to a workable level. Next, plans we’re drawn up to include a reception, private office area, and general workspace. Pamorris supervised and executed this entire process within a 2-month period. The complete pictures are seen below.
